How do I set up my bank account to withdraw funds?

Within the Game+ app, navigate to the Account Page and select the “Withdraw Money” option. Have the routing and bank account number ready for your bank account that you wish to add, and follow the on-screen prompts.

After you have added a bank account, you will be required to verify your bank account by confirming the small deposit amounts that were deposited to your account. Once you have received the deposits, come back to the “Withdraw Money” section and verify your bank account. If you enter the correct amounts, your bank account will be verified with Game+.

Note: It may take a couple of business days to receive the initial deposits to be used to verify your bank account with Game+.

Where do I find my bank’s routing and account number?

The easiest place is on one of your personal checks from your bank. The routing number is on the bottom left of your check and the account number is the adjacent group of numbers to the right of the routing number.

If you don’t have a check from your bank, your online or paper bank statement will often display your bank’s routing and account numbers. You may also contact your bank directly for this information.

I set up my bank account, why can’t I transfer any money to it?

As this is a feature designed to be used by active Game+ users, there are a few restrictions for who can use it. If you do not meet all of the requirements to transfer money from your Game+ account to your bank account, you will be informed of those restrictions on screen; however, you may still manage your bank accounts or existing transactions.

The requirements to transfer money are as follows:

  • Have at least a $2.00 balance

  • Complete at least 2 challenges

  • Complete at least 1 challenge in the last 30 days

Are there any limitations to how much money I can transfer to my bank account?

To help protect against fraud, Game+ has restricted usage of this feature to certain limits. In the event you reach or attempt to exceed any of these limits, you will be informed accordingly on the screen. The limits currently in place are the following:

  • Max $50 per withdrawal

  • 2x $50 withdrawals per 7 days

  • To increase this limit, please contact customer support for approval.

How long does it typically take to withdraw money to my bank account?

ACH transactions are only processed on bank business days, and withdrawals are typically processed once per day from Game+. It may take 2-3 business days to see funds added to your bank account, excluding bank holidays.

Are there any fees to withdraw money to my bank account?

Yes, there is a $2.00 fee to process these types of transactions.

This fee is to help cover our costs of the transfer.

What is an ACH transfer?

An ACH transfer is an electronic bank-to-bank transfer using the Automated Clearing House network.
