To register for a Game+ account, you will need to provide:

· Mobile phone number; we will use your mobile number to send you SMS texts to verify your device and account and to otherwise provide service text messages related to your account. Note that standard data rates may apply.

· Email address.

· Legal first & last name.

· Mailing address; no P.O. Boxes.

· Date of birth.

· Social security number. To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that positively identifies each person who opens an account.

· You will need to read and agree to our GamePlus Terms and Conditions and GamePlus Privacy Policy and the MetaBank Cardholder Agreement and MetaBank Privacy Policy before we can create your Game+ account.

WHAT’S THE GAME+ PRIVACY POLICY ASSOCIATED WITH MY GAME+ ACCOUNT?

HOW DO I LOAD MONEY TO MY GAME+ ACCOUNT?

You can conveniently use a credit or debit card (Visa®, Mastercard, and Discover®) to load funds onto your Game+ account. The minimum per load using a credit or debit card is five dollars ($5), and the maximum load cannot exceed one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) in any month. DO I NEED TO MAKE AN INITIAL LOAD DURING REGISTRATION?

We make optional to fund from your credit or debit card when creating a Game+ account. The minimum amount we allow for funding is five dollars ($5). Game+ may offer limited time promotions where we provide a signup bonus for new users.

HOW DOES THE 5|5|5 PROGRAM WORK?

From time to time, Game+ may offer a signup bonus program where for a limited time, we offer new users a sign up bonus of $5. In addition, when new users successfully fund their first transaction with a minimum of $5 to their account, we add an additional $5 to the Game+ account. WHERE CAN I USE MY GAME+ CARD FOR DAILY SPENDING ACTIVITY?

Game+ card can be used at millions of locations and ATM’s everywhere Discover® is accepted. Please see the MetaBank Cardholder Agreement for the terms of the card, including transaction limit disclosures.

CAN MY GAME+ CARD BE SENT TO A P.O. BOX?

No, Game+ cards must be sent to a physical residential address.

WHAT IS MY PIN NUMBER? HOW DO I RESET/CHANGE MY PIN NUMBER?

When you first receive your Game+ card, the PIN number default value is set to be the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). The PIN can be changed in the App once the Game+ card is activated by going to View Account, then to Account & Card Services, and then to Change PIN.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY ADDRESS ON FILE?

For us to make the change on your Game+ account, we will require that you scan and email a piece of mail with your new address. Please ensure that your name and address both appear on the document for verification. You may email support@gameplusgo.com. Please reference “Address Change” on the request.

CAN THE GAME+ CARD BE USED INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, Game+ card can be used in most international countries everywhere Discover® is accepted.

CAN I REFER MY FRIENDS TO GAME+ SERVICES?

Yes, and from time to time, Game+ also offers promotional Refer-A-Friend programs that can provide incentives to refer your friends.

WHAT’S THE MAX BALANCE OR WINNINGS THAT CAN BE ON A GAME+ ACCOUNT?

We allow you to carry a maximum balance of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) on a Game+ account. Please see the MetaBank Cardholder Agreement for additional information.

HOW MUCH DOES A GAME+ CARD COST? ARE THERE MONTHLY ACCOUNT MAINTENANCE FEES?

It is free to sign up for a Game+ card, and there are no monthly account maintenance fees. Game+, however, may charge you a monthly fee of $1.50 for its services, but such amount will be waived if you complete at least 1 contest in the month. ARE THERE INACTIVITY FEES?

If there is no activity on your Game+ account for six (6) consecutive months, an inactivity fee of two dollars and ninety-five cents ($2.95) will be charged if there is a positive balance is available on your Game+ account.

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE TO USE GAME+?

Our minimum age is eighteen (18) years of age.

WHAT IF I LOSE MY GAME+ CARD?

We’ve got you covered, and you will not be held responsible for unauthorized transactions made with your Game+ account when properly reported to us. There is a reissuance fee of $1.50. Discover’s Zero Liability Policy does not apply to certain commercial card and anonymous prepaid card transactions or transactions not processed by Discover®. HOW DO I MANAGE MY GAME+ ACCOUNT BALANCE?

You can view your account balance online in the Game+ App.

CAN THERE BE A DIFFERENCE IN THE BALANCE SHOWN IN MY GAME+ APP AND THE BALANCE SHOWN ON MY GAME+ BANK ACCOUNT BALANCE?

Most of the time your Game+ App balance and your Game+ bank account balance will be the same. However, there may be a timing difference of up to 24 hours if you have spent funds outside of the Game+ app. To get a current balance you can perform a balance inquiry within the App.

CAN A GAME+ ACCOUNT HELP ME BUILD CREDIT?

A Game+ account will not help you build your credit rating because, unlike a credit card, spending on your prepaid card is not reported to the credit bureaus.

CAN I GET CASH AT ATMS FROM MY GAME+ ACCOUNT?

We allow cash withdrawals at ATMs everywhere Discover® is accepted. Fees apply. Please see the MetaBank Cardholder Agreement for additional information.

ARE GAME+ ACCOUNTS FDIC INSURED?

Yes, up to two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) through our bank issuer, MetaBank, N.A., Member FDIC. Register your Card for FDIC insurance eligibility and other protections. Please see the MetaBank Cardholder Agreement for additional information.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR THE GAME+ ACCOUNT SECURE?

We care about the security of your information and employ physical, administrative, and technological safeguards designed to reasonably preserve the integrity and security of all information collected by us. Your personal information is stored in compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI), and all data is transmitted between our servers with SSL encryption. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100%.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY GAME+ CARD TO ARRIVE?

You should receive your Game+ card within five (5) to seven (7) business days. If you do not receive your card after seven (7) business days, please call at 855-907-GAME (4263), or email us at support@gameplusgo.com.

WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY GAME+ CARD IN THE MAIL?

When your card arrives, activate it in the Game+ app or follow the printed activation and identity verification steps that are on the materials that arrive with your Game+ card.

CAN I TURN OFF OR TEMPORARILY SUSPEND MY GAME+ ACCOUNT?

Yes, you can turn the Game+ card off and back on within the Game+ App.

HOW DO I USE MY GAME+ CARD TO PAY FOR GASOLINE?

We recommend you pay the attendant inside the gas station when using your Game+ card. When you pay the attendant, you will be charged the exact amount without any additional hold on your Game+ card.

If you choose to pay at the pump, please note the credit function is not available and you must use the PIN-Debit function and your 4-digit PIN. The gas station will pre-authorize an amount on your Game+ card before you begin pumping. After completing the transaction, the gas station will release the pre-authorized amount and the actual amount of the transaction will post to your Game+ account. HOW DOES GAME+ CASH BACK WORK?

Game+ Cash Back provides the You can earn 1% Cash Back on your purchases made in person or online, with no maximum limit per Calendar Year. ATM withdrawals or any unique transfer feature associated with the Game+ account do not qualify for Cash Back. Your accrued Cash Back can be viewed in the Game+ App and you will be eligible for redemption on an annual basis, after the end of each Calendar Year. To redeem Cash Back, your bank account (i) must be in good standing (as described below); (ii) cannot be closed or blocked or in a status that does not permit you to deposit additional money; (iii) must not have a negative balance, and/or (iv) paid all your outstanding fees and charges, all at the time of redemption. We will automatically redeem your accrued Cash Back amount, and it will be applied as a credit to your account balance. This optional offer is not a MetaBank nor Discover® offer or service.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE “PENDING” AND “POSTED”?

To make sure you have enough money for a purchase, merchants first request approval for the purchase amount considered a “pending” transaction. Once the merchant collects the money, it becomes a “posted” transaction. Pending transactions reduce the amount available for you to spend.

HOW CAN I DISPUTE A PURCHASE ON MY GAME+ ACCOUNT?

ALL QUESTIONS ABOUT TRANSACTIONS MADE WITH YOUR GAME+ CARD MUST BE DIRECTED TO GAME+, AS THE PROGRAM MANAGER RETAINED BY THE GAME+ CARD ISSUER, AND NOT TO THE GAME+ CARD OR ACCOUNT ISSUER. If you have a dispute with a purchase you have made using the Game+ card, it is best to address your dispute with the merchant who accepted your card. If you have a transaction on your Game+ card that you did not make or there is an error, please contact our Customer Service immediately at support@gameplusgo.com or call 855-907-GAME (4263). If you have a dispute regarding a skill-based video game contest you must follow the contest dispute procedures found in the GamePlus Terms and Conditions.

WHY DO I HAVE A PENDING AUTHORIZATION ON MY DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT WHEN MY FUNDING SOURCE WAS DECLINED?

If your funding attempt from your debit card or credit card failed due to an AVS (Address Verification Service) or CVV (Card Verification Value) failure, we will attempt to reverse the authorization hold placed on your account. However, not all banks and card issuers support Game+ immediately reversing the transaction. Thus, it is possible that the amount you attempted to fund may appear as an authorization hold on your debit or credit card. The exact length of time depends on your bank or card issuer but generally, an authorization hold like this will fall off after 3 to 10 days.

WHY DOES MY CREDIT CARD OR DEBIT CARD ACCOUNT SHOW AS PENDING AND IN ADDITION I SEE A CHARGE ON MY STATEMENT?

Depending on your bank or card issuer it may take up to 7 days to settle the original authorization on your debit or credit card. The charge may appear twice but will only be billed to your account once.

WHAT ARE GAME+ CHALLENGES?

Game+ is a fun and fair way to play skill-based video games for money. Challenge a friend or take on the whole community! Start a challenge yourself or accept a challenge from another Game+er. You pick the opponent, the game, the platform and the amount. It's all up to you. And whoever wins the challenge will have the funds deposited in their account in near real-time.

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT TYPES OF GAME+ CHALLENGES?

There are three different types of Game+ challenges.

The first is to make a “Direct Challenge” for a specific player. You can pick one of your friends within the Game+ App, you can search through other Game+ers, or you can invite a friend to join Game+.

The second type of Game+ challenge is a “Posted Challenge” which all of your friends within the Game+ App can see.

The third type of Game+ challenge is a “Community Challenge” which can be made within one of the Game+ game hubs. In order to post a Community Challenge or to respond to another Game+er’s Community Challenge, you must join the appropriate Game+ game hub. Within the game hub, you will be able to post your Community Challenge or respond to other Community Challenges.

ARE GAME+ CHALLENGES LEGAL SKILL-BASED VIDEO GAME CONTESTS?

Game+ challenges are legal in certain U.S. states. Game+ users may only participate in head-to-head contests with regard to the approved video games of skill, and any head-to-head contests on other games are strictly prohibited and in violation of the GamePlus Terms and Conditions. Unfortunately, if you reside, or are located at the time of a contest, in Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, South Carolina, South Dakota, or Tennessee, you will not be able to sign up for Game+ services or accept a contest challenge. If players are deemed to have participated in a head-to-head contest on a game not listed as an approved video game of skill the applicable Game+ services will be terminated.

No gambling is allowed with your Game+ account or the Game+ services. Players must only utilize skill-based video games that are approved by Game+ (see the list in the Game+ App) for contests; skill-based video games are games that the results of such games are based predominantly upon the skill of players and not based on chance. The outcome of skill-based video game challenges is directly related to the skill level of the participants, and Game+ does not have knowledge of the probability of any participant winning a challenge and makes no representations about participants’ chances of winning. At any time and without prior notice, Game+ may revoke or cancel your participation in its services if it suspects or determines that your use of the Game+ services violated the GamePlus Terms and Conditions. Your failure to timely notify Game+ of gambling or unlawful activity may implicate you in the crime, with adverse legal consequences.

HOW DOES GAME+ KNOW I AM IN A LEGAL STATE TO CONDUCT CHALLENGES?

In compliance with UIGEA (Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act), Game+ uses industry-leading geolocation technology that has been independently certified by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).

HOW DO I START A SKILL-BASED VIDEO GAME CONTEST FOR MONEY?

Through the Game+ App, you can search for friends and other video gamers (they must be Game+ approved users) and send them a head-to-head challenge invite. You can also post an open invite to the Game+ community. Unless both players agree to withdraw from a challenge, no withdrawals are allowed once a challenge invite has been accepted and you must proceed with the challenge or forfeit the challenge and amounts associated with the challenge. You can only have one (1) head-to-head challenge open at any one (1) time.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY GAME+ ACCOUNT BALANCE WHEN I SEND A CONTEST CHALLENGE INVITE?

When you send a challenge invite that you have sent is accepted, you will see that the challenge amount is deducted from your Game+ account balance. If you win the challenge, the aggregate amount of funds associated with the challenge (net any fees) will be credited to your Game+ account. If you cancel the challenge, or if your opponent does not accept the challenge invite within thirty (30) minutes, the money will be returned to your Game+ account.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE CONTEST CHALLENGES OPEN AT ONE TIME?

No, but you can have multiple challenge requests or invitations outstanding at one time. Once a single challenge is accepted by an opponent, the other active challenge requests and invitations will automatically terminate.

HOW MUCH MONEY PER HEAD-TO-HEAD CHALLENGE IS ALLOWED?

The minimum amount to send as a challenge is two dollars ($2.00) and the maximum amount is two hundred fifty dollars ($250) per challenge.

ARE THERE ANY SKILL-BASED VIDEO GAME CONTEST FEES?

Yes, Game+ charges the greater of $0.50 or 10% of your portion of the challenge amount, with a cap of five dollars ($5) for each challenge.

HOW DO I KNOW THE SKILL LEVEL OF THE PLAYER?

You will need to do your independent research of your opposing player. For some players, you may be able to view their skill levels by using the “Stats on TRN” within the Game+ app. Game+ will report the number of contests played and a “Power Score” which rates wins vs. losses. Similar to a batting average in baseball, the scale is 0-1,000, whereby 0 is no recorded wins, 500 is 50% wins, and 1,000 is 100% wins.

HOW DOES THE GAME+ CAPTAIN PROGRAM WORK?

A Game+ Captain may be designated for each video game that exists as part of our Community Challenges. A Game+ Captain gets paid to play against other Game+ members. We allow you to play up to one (1) Captain challenge, and if you are able to beat the Captain, you can win the pot (less the Game+ challenge fee). If you lose against the Captain, it costs you nothing, and you keep your challenge amount.

Note: A Game+ Captain may also participate in standard challenges (deemed a non-Captain's Challenge). When playing against a Captain in a standard challenge, you will be competing using your own money. You will be prompted in the Game+ app to confirm you are about to challenge a Game+ Captain and the challenge will be with your own money.

WHY DOES GAME+ HAVE A CAPTAIN PROGRAM?

The Captain program's purpose is to introduce our new Game+ members on how to use the platform and provide an opportunity to test your skills against advanced gamers while helping us create liquidity as we are building the community.

WHO ARE THE CAPTAINS AND HOW CAN I BECOME A CAPTAIN?

Game+ selects Captains. You may become eligible to become a Captain and earn money playing against other Game members. We may contact you or you may contact us at support@gameplusgo.com if you feel you have the right stuff to be a Captain.

HOW MUCH TIME DO PLAYERS HAVE TO START AND FINISH A HEAD-TO-HEAD CHALLENGE?

Once a challenge has been accepted, players have ninety (90) minutes to begin and finish the challenge and report the results. If results are not reported within ninety (90) minutes of acceptance of the challenge invitation, then Game+ will automatically cancel the challenge, and return the funds back to each players account. Once a challenge is canceled, players that wish to compete against each other will need to start a new head-to-head challenge.

WHAT ARE THE RULES FOR CHALLENGES?

Please see the Game+ Rules at https://links.gameplusapp.com/challenge-rules for complete details. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with all rules of the Game+ challenges. Any other rules added into the standard Game+ rules are not enforceable if either player disputes the results. Game+ does allow, under certain conditions and for certain games, players to establish their own challenge rules for the challenge, a feature which we refer to as Player Decided Rules. Player Decided Rules can only be conducted for challenges to people on your friend’s list and no rule disputes are allowed. The tie break rule for Player Decided Rules must be based on a skill outcome and must never have a tie broken by using any method of chance (e.g., a coin toss) to determine the winner. Violators of the tie rules will be subject to termination of their use of the Game+ services. If you are found to have an unfair competitive advantage or engaged in inappropriate behavior the contest will be canceled, and money will be returned to each players’ Game+ account, less applicable Game+ fees, and depending on the severity of such actions may result in termination of your participation in Game+ services.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED PROHIBITED ACTIVITY WHEN USING GAME+?

The prohibited activities that Game+ does not allow include, but is not limited to:

· Sharing certain personal information (your name, home address, and password) with other players.

· Players substituting themselves for a more skilled player as to deceive your opponent.

· Lying or cheating to gain competitive advantage.

· Collusion with another person to attempt to gain an unfair advantage.

· Impersonation of any person or misrepresenting the player’s identity.

· Intentionally creating lag or disconnecting their internet connection.

· Using chance as the method of deciding a tie break.

· Any behavior that is likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any person.

· Any behavior that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, violent, hateful, sexually explicit, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable behavior.

· Using any technique other than pure skill during a challenge. Such techniques may include, but are not limited to, establishing multiple user accounts, the use of program codes or commands or any adapted hardware or software to assist play, the impersonation of another player or person, or deliberately losing games for the purpose of getting a competitive advantage.

· Advocating, promoting, or assisting in any illegal activity.

· Using the services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the U.S. or other countries).

· Partaking in any activity or action that is not the intended purpose and use of the service.

Please see the GamePlus Terms and Conditions for all prohibited activities. If a player proves to Game+ that a rule was broken by an opponent at a point where they are winning the contest or the contest is tied, the player who broke the rule will concede and lose the challenge.

WHAT GAMES OF SKILL QUALIFY TO BE USED FOR CONTESTS WITH GAME+?

Game+ continuously updates video game titles to be used for challenges. Any video game not listed in the Game+ app is deemed prohibited and if used in connection with the Game+ services or Game+ account may result in termination of your access to the services.

WHAT CONSOLES IS GAME+ OFFERED ON?

Game+ supports Xbox One, Playstation, and Mobile. The console option depends on the game and the agreed upon platform of the players for the challenge.

WHAT IF MY OPPONENT’S USERNAME DOES NOT MATCH?

If you receive an invitation from an opponent that does not match the Game+ username, do not accept the challenge. If you play the challenge and lose, Game+ will not allow a dispute.

DOES GAME+ HAVE ANY CONTROL OVER THE OUTCOME OF THE CHALLENGE?

Game+ does not have any control over the outcome of the challenge. The outcome of challenges depends entirely on the skill of the players.

HOW ARE WINNERS DETERMINED IN CHALLENGES?

Reporting the outcome of a challenge is based on an honor system. It is the winner’s responsibility to report the outcome of the winning result along with the evidence of the outcome. Suitable evidence for dispute includes in App direct camera capture, and camera roll upload. Please see the GamePlus Terms and Conditions for additional information.

WHAT IF THERE IS A CONTEST DISPUTE?

Either participant has twenty (20) minutes to dispute a reported outcome. After the expiry of the twenty (20) minutes, the contest is no longer available for dispute, and the reported winner shall be the final winner. Suitable evidence for dispute includes in-App direct camera capture and camera roll upload. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a challenge, Game+ may assess a fee and suspend or terminate your use of its services if any participant incorrectly reports the challenge outcome or disputes a valid winning outcome. Game+ will review and make a determination within forty-eight (48) hours of submission of the contest dispute. Please see the GamePlus Terms and Conditions for additional information.

ARE THERE FEES FOR DISPUTES?

Yes. Disputes require Game+ to manually review the evidence by our staff which costs us money. We will charge a five dollar ($5) fee to the player that loses the dispute.

WHAT IF THERE IS A TIE?

All ties must be replayed until a winner is determined. If players choose to not play through the tie break, then each player’s money will be returned, less applicable Game+ fees, and no winner will be declared. A tie break MUST NEVER be broken by using any method of chance to determine the winner.

WHAT IF THE PLAYER AFTER ACCEPTING A CHALLENGE IS A “NO SHOW”?

Be respectful of your opponent’s time. We allow a ten (10) minute grace period to begin the challenge.

WHAT IF I LEARN AFTER THE START OF THE CONTEST MY OPPONENT HAS THE INCORRECT SETTINGS FOR THE RULES?

If you feel the mistake was an honest mistake, correct the settings and start over. However, if you believe your opponent intentionally made the incorrect settings, report them to Game+. Incorrect settings do not apply to Player Decided Rules.

WHAT TYPE OF INTERNET CONNECTION DO I NEED TO PLAY ON MY CONSOLE?

We recommend that you have a broadband internet connection for an ideal online gaming experience.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A GAME LAG OR A DISCONNECTION OCCURS DURING A CHALLENGE?

Each player is responsible for his own connection and has to have a good internet connection to avoid possible lag or disconnection. For non-material lags that are not a substantial contributor for the advantage of a winning outcome, the players should continue to play through the challenge. If a game is materially lagging or gets disconnected past the halfway point of the challenge, the players must try to agree on resuming from the moment and score where the lag or disconnect occurred. If the material lag or disconnect happened before the halfway point, or they could not agree on a moment or score for resuming play, they should restart the challenge from the beginning. If the lag or disconnect is claimed by a player past the halfway point who is undoubtedly losing the challenge and unlikely to be the winner, they should forfeit and take the loss. If someone is found to be intentionally lagging or is a repeat offender of questionable lagging, it will result in an automatic loss and possible suspension or termination of their Game+ account.

WHAT IS THE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCESS IF TWO PLAYERS DO NOT AGREE ON THE OUTCOME OF THE CHALLENGE?

The Game+ App was built to be fun and engaging and based on honor among avid gamers. However, we understand disagreements can happen. If a player claims that their opponent has cheated, recorded the wrong winner, broken a rule (except for Player Decided Rules), or violated Game+ policies, for the dispute to be valid, approved evidence must be provided through the App, which may include direct camera capture and camera roll upload.

WHY DID I LOSE MY DISPUTE?

The biggest reason you’ll ever lose a dispute is that you did not submit valid evidence. It is the responsibility of the winner to record the outcome and submit the evidence.

Game+ will review the evidence submitted but will weigh the evidence first to in App camera capture, and lastly, camera roll upload. Game+ may assess a fee and take any other action in compliance with the GamePlus Terms and Conditions if any participant incorrectly reports the challenge outcome or disputes a valid winning outcome. Game+ will review and make a determination within 48 hours of submission of the dispute.

Some of the reasons you may also lose the dispute include, but are not limited to, the opponent’s Game+ username was not visible in the evidence, you did not follow the rules, or we could not validate a timestamp of the challenge.

Game+ may deduct such winnings and charge a fee from your Game+ account after investigating the dispute.

Game+ uses a proprietary process to determine the outcome of the dispute in our sole judgment and will be considered the final judgment, and we are not be required to disclose how the resolution of the dispute is determined.

In certain instances, Game+ may not be able to determine a winner and may choose to cancel the challenge. If a winner cannot be verified, funds will be returned to the participants. However, the Game+ contest fee will still be deducted from each participant’s account.

ARE PLAYER DISPUTE RATINGS DISPLAYED?

Yes, Game+ will track and publicly display all your disputed results in which you did not prevail your dispute. If you do prevail on your dispute it will not count against you, however, the opponent you prevailed against will receive a lost dispute rating. By displaying such disputed results in which either party did not prevail, other users can determine whether they wish to engage in skill-based video game contests against you.

The Dispute Score is the total number of Dispute Marks a player has accumulated over the past twelve months. Players receive a Dispute Mark when they dispute the outcome of a challenge but lose that dispute. If you have no lost disputes you will have a green status and a Dispute Score of 0; if you have one (1) lost dispute you will have a green status and a Dispute Score of 1; if you have two (2) lost disputes you will have a yellow status and a Dispute Score of 2; and if you accumulate three (3) or more lost disputes, you will have a red status and G+ will suspend or terminate your Account. Dispute wisely! Only initiate a dispute if you believe you are in the right. Because G+ verifies every user based on real identifiable data, you will not be able to create a new account.

IS GAME+ CHALLENGE SERVICES A GAMBLING SERVICE?

No. Game+ challenge services are designed to provide players with a forum for safe, friendly, competitive entertainment where the design of the games intends for the skill of the participants, and not any fortuitous actions, to determine the results. Game+ services may not be used in connection with any form of gambling or the promotion of gambling. If you know (or have reason to suspect) that the services are being used for purposes of gambling or any other unlawful activities, you must immediately notify Game+ via compliance@gameplusgo.com. Game+ may pursue legal remedies against such persons.

No. Our policy is only one (1) account per individual and billing address.

DO I NEED TO PAY TAX ON MY WINNINGS?

You are required by law to report any income over six hundred dollars ($600) to the IRS. That means that if you win more than six hundred dollars ($600), it needs to be reported to the IRS. You will receive a 1099 MISC form from us at the end of the year.
